Hard to see why it’s slightly imperfect. Communication and delivery was very quick. Difficult to choose a bag online and I loved a few. The one I settled on is great, very solid and quite heavy even before I fill it. Love the smell. I’d probably choose a different one if I wasn’t so hasty. Thank you

It’s a neat little bag, ,the colour isn’t as grey as I expected, leans more to the brown spectrum, ,which was a surprise but I still find it goes with most things.

The bag is perfect for my needs. I love the easy access to the pockets. There is also an internal pocket in the main compartment. So 5 pockets to organise my things.
